    ten 10 is max no. for which 3 characters are used
    nine 9 is max no. for which 4 characters are used
    sixty 60 is max no. for which 5 characters are used

    similaraly 90 - 6
    70 - 7
    66 - 8
    and 96- ninety six.......max. digit number for which 9 characters are used
