Chocolates

A shop sells 1 chocolate at Rs:1 each, You can exchange 3 wrappers for a chocolate. If you have Rs:15, then how many chocolates can you totally get ?

Answer is 22 Chocolates

1) with Rs:15 you will get 15 chocolates --->15 wrappers
2)15 wrappers /3 = 5 chocolates ------> 5 wrapers
3) 5 wrappers /3 = 1 chocolate +2 wrappers------->3 wrappers
4) 3 wrappers / 3 = 1 chocolate

Total chocolates = 15+5+1+1 =22

    15 wafers /3 = 5 wafer= s -> 5 chocs,
    5 wafers / 3 = 1 choc + 1 wafer
    now 2 left wafers + 1 wafer = 3 wafers -> 1 choc

    totally 15+5+1+1 = 22 chocs and 1 wafer being left with you.

    You have 15 Rs
    You can therefor purchase 15 chocolates.
    The value of the "wrappers" is another distraction and has nothing to do with the equation

  4. ambiguous it doesn't say that buying a chocolate gives you a wrapper. but if it implies that then the answer is definately 22

    45 wrappers return kele 15 milale
    45+15=60
    Again 15 wrappers return kele 5 milale
    60+5=65,
    5 wrappers madhun 3 return melee we get 1
    Total=66
    Urlele 2+1=3 ret and melee we get 1
    66+1=67
