If the L and R gloves are different then the last "Anonymous" is correct. There are 6 PAIRS of each colour so it is possible to pull 12 out and have (say) 6 L (or R) black and 6 L (or R) brown. The 13th glove will match one of those already drawn.If the gloves are like mittens, then 3 will be sufficient.
