Take the difference of the two numbers, put that in front. Take the sum of the two numbers, put that at the end.
7-2=5
7+2=9

It is 59 because in all the other examples you add the two numbers for example 7+2=9, you put the 9 at the end. And then you subtract 2 from 7 and you get 5, and then you put that at the beginning. So then it would be 59
