For every letter, the number corresponding to its position or order is considered.
eg. A-1,
B-2,
C-3, and so on.
For January, the alphabets considered are J,J and y - i.e. the first letter, the first letter, the last letter.
For February, it is F,e,y - first letter, second letter, last letter.
March is M,r,h - first, third, last....
So,
January - J,J,y - 10 10 25
February - F,e,y - 6 5 25
March - M,r,h - 13 18 8
April - A,i,l - 1 9 12
May - M,a,y - 13 1 25
June - J,u,e - 10 21 5
In this way
July - J,l,y - 10 12 25 - 101225
